Every year on 7th December, we honour the life of Freddie – a beautiful little boy whose smile lit up the world, and whose last joy was a simple, sweet donut.

Donut Day is more than just a fundraiser. It’s a moment to pause, remember, and support grieving families across the UK. Whether you’re taking part in memory of your own child, for someone close to you, or simply to stand in solidarity; every bite, every post, and every pound raised helps us ensure no parent faces the loss of a child alone.

We will be planning events, sharing on social media, and raising as much awareness as possible in the week running up to Donut Day (Tuesday 1st to Monday 7th December) and encouraging fundraisers, awareness champions, businesses and schools to do the same.

Grab yourself a tasty donut.

Snap a selfie enjoying your donut.

Share it on socials with #DonutDay

Don’t forget to tag (@) us on social media so we can reshare and say thanks!

Freddie’s Wish was created in memory of Freddie, who died in a tragic road accident on 7th December 2014. The last thing he ate was a donut – and that moment has inspired a movement of love.
